One day out of boredem i broke out the resource editor and started messing with AOL instant messager, and this is what i came up with. I would have made a skin that pertained to my site, but since i really don't have a site worth mentioning i figured i'd make a skin for Neworder because thats one of my favorite sites and i'm there a lot.
Changes
Well first thing I did is change the logo on the signon screen and deleted that stupid little screen name logo that was right below it. Next I changed the startup page from that useless aol page, to the Neworder home page. Then just to match the startup page i changed the 'today' button to something a little more appropriate.
That's pretty much it, nothing super elite or anything like that. I didn't include a setup file but the process is pretty simple, everything is explained in the readme. Any questions, comments or concerns just email me i'll try to get back to you when ever i can. Also I have to give credit where credit is due. I got this idea from the guys over at Observers.net they were the first ones that did this.
Note
If there isn't an Aimres.dll in your Aim directory then the version your using is too old, and this will not work.
